How long has your company been in business?

About 29 years – Bill started the business in 1980.

Is Bill licensed or insured?

Bill is a licensed electrical contractor and a licensed Master electrical contractor with the State of Ky. He is a registered remodeler with the Northern KY HBA and is a certified graduate remodeler with the National HBA. We carry general liability, workers compensation and vehicle insurance. Each new client will receive a copy or certificate of insurance.

Do you have any references?

We have a long list of satisfied customers willing to show the work we have done for them or discuss our services via phone.

Who will actually come out and do the work for us?

We have three lead carpenters with a combination of 105 years of experience and hundreds of projects to show for it. All of our employees have been to the HBA Educational Program.

What do your contracts and warranties entail?

We have detailed print-outs of our contracts, allowance sheets, itemized work sheets and our leads have change order forms available to keep things rolling. Our one year warranty is an industry standard warranty but your satisfaction is our goal.

Do you design as well as build?

We have in-house designers and direct contact with architects outside of our company that assist with ideas for any projects you may have.
